Request, offer, keys

First you send a request with the car and the times. No card is charged for it. You get an offer that says exactly what the rental costs before tax. If you approve, you pay and the car is yours for those dates.

Open a car to see its photos, rates, deposit and kilometres included. One booking runs up to 365 days, and a longer stay renews with a new agreement. We need at least 2 hours of notice before a pickup.

Rules for renters

An Ontario G2 or G licence and an age of 18 or more: that is where it starts. Drivers under 26 pay a young driver fee for each day, shown on each car's page. We check that the card and the licence carry the same name.

Third-party liability is part of every rate, and damage to the car is handled by OPCF 27, a card benefit or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. We hold the deposit shortly before pickup and release it after the return. A quick licence and identity check happens before we confirm any booking.
