What to expect

Rent by the day, the week or the month, with the same simple request each time. You choose the car, we confirm it, and the offer shows every charge. Prices are shown car by car, and the offer lists every charge. You see the price before you pay, and a person confirms every booking.

Driver basics

Every driver must be 18 or older with an Ontario G2 or G licence. If any driver is under 26, a young driver fee is added for each day. You show your original licence and your card when we hand you the keys.

Before the keys change hands, one of three options must be in place for the car: OPCF 27, a card benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. The deposit is taken shortly before pickup, and the balance comes back after the return. Name every driver in your request, and each is checked before pickup.

Your booking, in three steps

To book, you request the car for your dates. There is no charge to send it and no obligation. An offer follows, with the car we confirm and the full price for your dates. Approve it and the car is booked; decline it and nothing happens.

The rates you see on a car's page are the rates in your offer. Weekly pricing starts at 7 days, and a trip never costs more than that rate for a week. Requests for later the same day work when there are at least 2 hours to spare.

Send a request
