The rules, briefly

Every driver must be 18 or older with an Ontario G2 or G licence. The young driver fee covers drivers under 26; older drivers pay no age fee. We check that the card and the licence carry the same name.

Every rate includes third-party liability. The car itself needs one of three options: OPCF 27, a card benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. Each car shows its deposit, and we take it about 1 hour before pickup. Name every driver in your request, and each is checked before pickup.

What to expect when you book

Nothing to pay up front: the first step is simply a request. We confirm the details and send an offer. It lists the rental, any delivery and any add-ons. An offer is valid for 24 hours, and you pay only when you approve it.

Each car page lists what is included and what costs extra. The longer the booking, the lower the rate a day tends to be. Leave at least 2 hours between your request and the pickup.
