Distance, honestly

Willow is not an area we serve directly. CarmaCars is based in Toronto. Our delivery area ends about 250 km from Toronto, and Willow is about 674 km out.

For a drive from Toronto, a car from us works, with the kilometres priced on each car's page. Our cars can leave Ontario only with written consent from us, arranged before the trip. For anything about Willow, a request reaches a person who answers honestly. Rates are shown in Canadian dollars.

The useful parts

Whatever the reason for the rental, the steps are the same. You deal with a small team that answers the phone and reads every request. You see the price before you pay, and a person confirms every booking. You choose the exact car, not a category with "or similar".

Who this suits

Anyone between a car sale and a car purchase. People whose plans changed and need a car on short notice.

From request to keys

Start with a request. Choose the car, the pickup time and the return time, and send it without paying anything. We check the calendar and your details, then send you an offer with the total. Only an approved, paid offer books the car.

Prices on each car's page are before tax, and the offer adds the tax. A rental of 7 days or longer is priced at the weekly rate. A request can be for today, as long as the pickup is at least 2 hours away.

What we need from you

We rent to drivers aged 18 and up who hold an Ontario G2 or G licence. There is no upper age limit, and drivers under 26 pay a fee for each day. Bring the card in your name that paid for the booking.

Every rate includes third-party liability. The car itself needs one of three options: OPCF 27, a card benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. The deposit is never taken when you book; it comes about 1 hour before pickup. Every driver's licence and identity are checked before we confirm.

Over to you

Send a request with your dates, and we will come back with an offer.
