What to expect when you book

Requests come first at CarmaCars. You name the car and the dates, and we take it from there. If the car is free, you get an offer with the full price; if not, we suggest another car. Payment happens only after you accept the offer.

Prices on each car's page are before tax, and the offer adds the tax. From 7 days, the weekly rate applies; up to 365 days, a trip never costs more than the monthly rate. Short notice is fine: 2 hours is the minimum before a pickup.

Driver requirements

You need an Ontario G2 or G licence, valid for the whole rental, and to be 18 or older. A young driver fee applies each day for drivers under 26. A card in your name pays for the rental, and we see it with your licence at pickup.

Third-party liability is included in the rate. For damage to the car, you choose one of three options before pickup. Your deposit is held for the rental and released after the car comes back and is checked. The checks are the same for everyone: licence, identity and the agreement.

Send a request with your dates, and we will come back with an offer.
