Booking in plain terms

The process opens with a request from you, which costs nothing and binds you to nothing. We review it and reply with an offer that shows the whole price, delivery included when you asked for it. You have 24 hours to approve an offer, and payment comes with your approval.

Each car shows its own extra kilometre rate, so nothing surprises you later. Trips of 7 days or more use the weekly rate, and shorter trips never cost more than it. We need at least 2 hours of notice before a pickup.

Who qualifies

You need to be 18 or older at pickup, with an Ontario G2 or G licence valid for the whole rental. From 26, no age fee applies; below it, a daily young driver fee does. Debit works on cars marked "no credit card needed"; the others take a credit card.

The CarmaCars Protection Plan is one of three options for damage to the car; the others are OPCF 27 on your policy or a card with rental car benefits. The deposit is released after the return, once the car is checked. We confirm each driver's licence and identity the same way.
