Worth knowing

Rent by the day, the week or the month, with the same simple request each time. You deal with a small team that answers the phone and reads every request. One small team handles your request from start to finish. Your offer lists every charge, so the price you approve is the price you pay.

Checking your details

We rent to drivers aged 18 and up who hold an Ontario G2 or G licence. Young drivers, under 26, can rent too, with a fee for each day. We check that the card and the licence carry the same name.

Before the keys change hands, one of three options must be in place for the car: OPCF 27, a card benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. Your deposit is held for the rental and released after the car comes back and is checked. Before confirming, we verify the licence and identity of each driver.

The booking steps

All you send at first is a request with the car and the dates, and it is free. Next comes our offer, with the confirmed car and every charge on one page. Approve it and the car is booked; decline it and nothing happens.

Each car page lists what is included and what costs extra. A rental of 7 days or longer is priced at the weekly rate. A request can be for today, as long as the pickup is at least 2 hours away.
