What you do
- Dispatch our field staff for deliveries, returns and cleaning
- Review pickup and return photos for damage, kilometres and fuel within an hour
- Report findings to billing the same day
- Watch the GPS trackers; run the opening and closing checklists
- Handle late returns and breakdown calls
What you need
- Two years in dispatch, logistics or operations for a foreign client
- A sharp eye for detail in photos
- Calm on the phone in an emergency; clear spoken English
- Your own computer with backup internet and power
- No work for another car rental business serving Ontario
Hours
Friday to Tuesday, 8:30 to 18:00 Toronto time (night in Manila), weekends included. Independent contractor, 30-day paid trial.
Pay
US$450 a month, full time: 6 days a week, 10 hours a day
The paid test
A one-hour paid test at your rate: review a return (pickup and return records side by side) and list each charge or action. Pass mark 16 out of 20.
