Everything we can source about the 2012 Audi A3 is on this page.
The powertrain here is the 2.0L 4-cylinder turbo with front-wheel drive and a 6-speed automatic. It runs on diesel, sold at most highway stations. With front-wheel drive, the weight of the engine sits over the driven wheels, which helps in winter. The automatic gearbox makes city traffic easy.
It is rated 7.4 L/100 km combined: about 22 litres every 300 km. The split is 8.1 L/100 km in town and 6.4 on the highway. A 300 km weekend costs about $34.41 in energy at our price setting.
As a wagon, it has the length of a car with a bigger load space at the back. EPA lists 566 litres of luggage space, enough for bulky luggage, a stroller or sports gear.
Return the car with the same fuel it had at pickup. A long weekend away is easy to price with the figures on this page. For a trip out of Ontario, ask first: it needs our written consent.
It suits a weekend away when the train does not reach where you are going. It suits a stretch of weeks between selling one car and buying the next. It suits people curious about the model who want to drive it before they buy.
Put this car and your dates in a request, and we reply with an offer. None in our fleet right now; ask and we look for one for your dates. Similar cars are listed below if you need one now. Your offer shows the delivery fee if you want the car brought to you.
Start with a request. Choose the car, the pickup time and the return time, and send it without paying anything. A person replies with an offer priced for your dates, not an estimate. Payment happens only after you accept the offer.
Each car shows its rate for a day, a weekend day, a week and a month. From one day to 365, a single booking covers it. Book ahead if you can; 2 hours is the shortest notice we take.
Drivers need to be 18 or over, holding an Ontario G2 or G licence for the whole rental. A daily young driver fee applies to drivers under 26, with no maximum age. At pickup, have your original licence and the payment card ready.
You need one of three things in place for damage to the car: OPCF 27 on your own policy, a credit card that covers rentals, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. A deposit applies to every rental. It is shown on the car's page and taken about 1 hour before pickup. Each driver named on the booking signs the rental agreement.
Send a request with your dates, and we will come back with an offer.
