In silver

Our silver cars of this kind are listed first, when we have one. Our silver cars, when we have them, appear first in the list. A silver car can be requested, but never promised before we confirm.

What the figures tell you

It is powered by the 2.0L 4-cylinder turbo, with front-wheel drive. The turbo gives a small engine the pull of a bigger one when you need it. Front-wheel drive is the usual layout for cars this size, predictable in the rain and the snow.

Rated at 7.8 L/100 km combined, it needs around 23 litres for a 300 km round trip. At our price setting, 1,000 km costs about $136.50.

Space, size and seats

Being a compact car, it is easy to park and comfortable on longer drives. Its 368 litre trunk is enough for about two large suitcases and a few soft bags.

Who the A4 suits

It suits a family trip where everyone and everything fits in one car. It suits a weekend away when the train does not reach where you are going.

Renting this car

Meanwhile, 6 similar cars are listed below. This exact car is not in our fleet at the moment; a request asks us to look for one. Ask for this exact car in your request, and we tell you what we can offer.

Checking your details

An Ontario G2 or G licence and an age of 18 or more are the starting point. Drivers below 26 pay a fee each day of the rental, and older drivers pay none. Cars marked "no credit card needed" accept a debit card in your name; the others need a credit card.

Liability to others is in the rate. Damage to the car is handled by your policy (OPCF 27), your card's rental benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan, priced in your offer. Each car's deposit is listed on its page, so you know it before you ask. We check your licence and identity before we confirm, the same way for every renter.

Booking with CarmaCars

Every booking starts as a request: the car, the dates and where you want it. Nothing is charged to send one. We confirm and price it, and the offer arrives in your account and by email. Approve it and the car is booked; decline it and nothing happens.

Each car shows its own extra kilometre rate, so nothing surprises you later. Trips of 7 days or more use the weekly rate, and shorter trips never cost more than it. Pickups need at least 2 hours of notice from the time you send the request.
