The A4 in grey

Tell us if grey is a must or a preference, and we look accordingly. Our grey cars of this kind are listed first, when we have one. A grey car can be requested, but never promised before we confirm.

Reading the spec sheet

It is powered by the 2.0L 4-cylinder turbo, with front-wheel drive. The turbo gives a small engine the pull of a bigger one when you need it. With front-wheel drive, the weight of the engine sits over the driven wheels, which helps in winter.

Its combined rating is 7.8 L/100 km, which means roughly 23 litres for 300 km. A 300 km weekend costs about $40.95 in energy at our price setting.

Who the A4 suits

It suits a family trip where everyone and everything fits in one car. It suits a weekend away when the train does not reach where you are going.

What to expect from the A4

A car body like this keeps the weight low, so it feels settled on the highway. In plain terms, its 368 litres of luggage space hold about two large suitcases and a few soft bags.

Renting this car

Similar cars are below if you need one sooner. Ask for this exact car in your request, and we tell you what we can offer. We have none on the site right now. Send a request for this exact car and we look for one for your dates.

Renting: the basics

An Ontario G2 or G licence and an age of 18 or more are the starting point. There is no maximum age. Drivers under 26 pay a young driver fee each day. Payment is by a card in your name, shown with your licence at pickup.

For damage to the car itself, have your own policy (OPCF 27), a credit card with rental car coverage, or add the CarmaCars Protection Plan. A deposit applies to every rental. It is shown on the car's page and taken about 1 hour before pickup. Each extra driver is checked the same way and signs the rental agreement.

Booking made plain

A request is free and takes a few minutes: the car, your dates, and pickup or delivery. You get an offer that says exactly what the rental costs before tax. If the offer works for you, approve and pay to confirm. If not, you owe nothing.

Every car has its own daily, weekend, weekly and monthly rate. A rental of 7 days or longer is priced at the weekly rate. The shortest notice we accept before a pickup is 2 hours.
