Colour notes

In brown, the A4 looks like the studio image; real photos are on each car's page. We cannot promise a colour until we confirm; ask for brown and we try. A colour can never be promised before we confirm; ask for brown in your request.

What the figures tell you

The 2.0L 4-cylinder turbo, paired with a 7-speed automatic, drives it. The turbo gives a small engine the pull of a bigger one when you need it. Front-wheel drive is the usual layout for cars this size, predictable in the rain and the snow.

Plan on about 24 litres per 300 km; the combined rating is 7.9 L/100 km. Per 100 km, plan on roughly $13.83.

A good match for

It suits a work trip where a reliable car matters more than anything else. It suits a stretch between cars, by the week or the month.

Practical details

As a compact car, it is easy to drive and park in the city. With a length of 4.76 m, it counts as on the long side. Check the size of a tight parking spot. Luggage space is 368 litres, enough for about two large suitcases and a few soft bags.

In our fleet

If you want this one, say so in the request; we confirm before you pay. None in our fleet right now; ask and we look for one for your dates. Similar cars are listed below if you need one now.

What we check

You need an Ontario G2 or G licence, valid for the whole rental, and to be 18 or older. Under 26, a young driver fee applies for each day of the rental. At pickup, have your original licence and the payment card ready.

Damage to the car is handled one of three ways: OPCF 27 on your policy, a credit card's rental car benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. A deposit is held before each rental; the amount is on the car's page. If another person will drive, add them; they go through the same check.

Your booking, in three steps

A booking with us starts as a request that you send without paying. You then get an offer from us with the car, the dates and the total before tax. You pay only once you approve the offer.

Each car page lists what is included and what costs extra. Bookings run from one day up to 365 days at a time. A request can be for today, as long as the pickup is at least 2 hours away.
