A note on Freestone

Freestone is about 3,665 km from our Toronto location, beyond the area we deliver to. We rent from Toronto only. If your trip to Freestone starts in the Toronto area, rent the car here.

Around Freestone you will also find Occidental, Bodega and Valley Ford.

In red

A colour can never be promised before we confirm; ask for red in your request. In red, the A4 looks like the studio image; real photos are on each car's page. Colour is confirmed in your offer, never before.

Reading the spec sheet

Its 2.0L 4-cylinder turbo drives through a 7-speed automatic. The turbo gives a small engine the pull of a bigger one when you need it. Front-wheel drive is the usual layout for cars this size, predictable in the rain and the snow.

Plan on about 24 litres per 300 km; the combined rating is 7.9 L/100 km. Expect about $13.83 per 100 km at our price setting.

A good match for

It suits a stretch of weeks between selling one car and buying the next. It suits a weekend away when the train does not reach where you are going.

The A4 in everyday use

As a compact car, it has a closed trunk that keeps luggage out of sight. Measured bumper to bumper, it is 4.76 m. Check the size of a tight parking spot. For luggage, 368 litres means about two large suitcases and a few soft bags.

Renting it

We have none on the site right now. Send a request for this exact car and we look for one for your dates. If you want this one, say so in the request; we confirm before you pay. Meanwhile, 6 similar cars are listed below.

Licence, age and card

You must be 18 or older and hold a valid Ontario G2 or G licence. Young drivers are welcome: a daily fee applies under 26. The payment card and the licence must match the driver's name.

Choose before pickup how damage to the car is handled: your policy with OPCF 27, your card's rental benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. A deposit applies to every rental. It is shown on the car's page and taken about 1 hour before pickup. We confirm each driver's licence and identity the same way.

How it works

The process opens with a request from you, which costs nothing and binds you to nothing. You get an offer that says exactly what the rental costs before tax. If the offer works for you, approve and pay to confirm. If not, you owe nothing.

Each car shows its rate for a day, a weekend day, a week and a month. From 7 days, the weekly rate takes over. Requests for later the same day work when there are at least 2 hours to spare.

Send a request

Choose a car above and send a request. A person replies with an offer, and you pay only if you approve it.
