Specs, explained

Power: the 2.0L 4-cylinder turbo; drive: front-wheel drive. The turbo gives a small engine the pull of a bigger one when you need it. With front-wheel drive, the weight of the engine sits over the driven wheels, which helps in winter.

The combined figure, 7.9 L/100 km, means roughly 24 litres for 300 km. In money, 1,000 km costs about $138.30 at our price setting.

Is it right for your trip?

It suits a stretch between cars, by the week or the month. It suits a work trip where a reliable car matters more than anything else.

Room inside

A car body like this keeps the weight low, so it feels settled on the highway. With a length of 4.76 m, it counts as on the long side. Check the size of a tight parking spot. Its 368 litre trunk is enough for about two large suitcases and a few soft bags.

Our A4 cars

Put this car and your dates in a request, and we reply with an offer. We have none on the site right now. Send a request for this exact car and we look for one for your dates. Similar cars are listed below if you need one now.

Request, offer, keys

First, a request: the car you like, when you need it, and where. No payment yet. A person replies with an offer priced for your dates, not an estimate. You pay only once you approve the offer.

The calendar on each car's page helps you pick dates that work. From 7 days, the weekly rate takes over. Pickups need at least 2 hours of notice from the time you send the request.

Rules for renters

Drivers need to be 18 or over, holding an Ontario G2 or G licence for the whole rental. No maximum age, and a daily fee only for drivers under 26. Bring a card in your name; a card in someone else's name cannot be used.

Every rate includes third-party liability. The car itself needs one of three options: OPCF 27, a card benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. The deposit is released after the return, once the car is checked. Every renter goes through the same check of licence and identity before the car is confirmed.
