The rules, briefly

You need an Ontario G2 or G licence, valid for the whole rental, and to be 18 or older. We accept young drivers; those under 26 pay a daily fee. The card must be in the driver's name, and we check it with the licence in person.

Every rate includes liability to others. Damage to the car is covered by your choice: OPCF 27, your card's rental benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. The deposit comes about 1 hour before you get the car, not at booking. Each driver named on the booking signs the rental agreement.

How booking works

The process opens with a request from you, which costs nothing and binds you to nothing. Then we send an offer. The offer shows the price before 13% HST and the deposit. You have 24 hours to approve an offer, and payment comes with your approval.

You can check any car's calendar before you send a request. Trips of 7 days or more use the weekly rate, and shorter trips never cost more than it. We need at least 2 hours of notice before a pickup.
