Colour notes

A colour can never be promised before we confirm; ask for white in your request. Colour is confirmed in your offer, never before. We cannot promise a colour until we confirm; ask for white and we try.

Engine and fuel

Its powertrain is the 2.0L 4-cylinder turbo hybrid with all-wheel drive. It is a hybrid: the battery charges itself as you drive and brake, so there is nothing to plug in. All-wheel drive helps when pulling away on snow; braking and steering still depend on the tires.

For 300 km of mixed driving, expect about 25 litres, from its 8.3 L/100 km rating. Driving 300 km costs roughly $38.61 at our price setting.

A good match for

Its all-wheel drive suits winter roads and trips to ski country. It suits anyone who needs a car for a few days, a week or a month without buying one.

Practical details

Its car body is low and settled, with a separate trunk. Its 340 litres of luggage space fit about two large suitcases and a few soft bags.

Booking with CarmaCars

Requests are free: choose a car, add your dates, and send it. Our team answers with an offer: the confirmed car, the dates and the full price. If it suits you, approve it and pay. Until then, nothing is charged.

The car pages show each car's rates, deposit and kilometres included. Need it longer than 365 days? Renew with a new agreement when the booking ends. Leave at least 2 hours between your request and the pickup.

Before you rent

You need an Ontario G2 or G licence, valid for the whole rental, and to be 18 or older. Drivers under 26 pay a young driver fee for each day, shown on each car's page. Your original licence, not a photo, comes with you to the handover.

Before the keys change hands, one of three options must be in place for the car: OPCF 27, a card benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. Each car shows its deposit, and we take it about 1 hour before pickup. If another person will drive, add them; they go through the same check.

One more step

Send a request with your dates, and we will come back with an offer.
