The A4 in silver

We cannot promise a colour until we confirm; ask for silver and we try. Want silver? Put it in the request. Our silver cars of this kind are listed first, when we have one.

What the figures tell you

It is powered by the 2.0L 4-cylinder turbo hybrid, with all-wheel drive. It is a hybrid: the battery charges itself as you drive and brake, so there is nothing to plug in. All-wheel drive helps when pulling away on snow; braking and steering still depend on the tires.

Plan on about 25 litres per 300 km; the combined rating is 8.3 L/100 km. A 300 km round trip costs roughly $38.61 at our price setting.

Space and size

As a compact car, it is easy to drive and park in the city. The EPA measures its luggage space at 340 litres, roughly about two large suitcases and a few soft bags.

Who it is for

It suits a weekend away when the train does not reach where you are going. It suits a stretch of weeks between selling one car and buying the next.

Booking with CarmaCars

You choose a car and your dates online and send a request. Sending it costs nothing. We send the offer to your account and your email, with the total shown. Offers stay open for 24 hours. Approve one and pay to book the car.

Every car on the site has a page of its own, with its calendar and its rates. A booking can be a single day or up to 365 days. A request can be for today, as long as the pickup is at least 2 hours away.

Driver requirements

Ontario G2 or G licences are accepted, for drivers 18 and older. There is no maximum age. Drivers under 26 pay a young driver fee each day. Bring a card in your name; a card in someone else's name cannot be used.

If you have no auto policy and no card benefit, the CarmaCars Protection Plan is the third option, priced in your offer. A deposit applies to every rental. It is shown on the car's page and taken about 1 hour before pickup. A quick licence and identity check happens before we confirm any booking.

One more step

Tell us your dates and where you want the car, and we will do the rest.
