Colour notes

Tell us if silver is a must or a preference, and we look accordingly. The studio image shows the A4 in silver; photos of each real car are on its page. Ask for silver in your request; the offer confirms the colour of the car.

Engine and fuel

It runs the 2.0L 4-cylinder turbo hybrid, with all-wheel drive. It is a hybrid: the battery charges itself as you drive and brake, so there is nothing to plug in. With all-wheel drive, it pulls away more surely on slippery roads, though it does not stop any shorter.

At 8.3 L/100 km combined, a 300 km drive takes roughly 25 litres of fuel. A 300 km round trip costs roughly $38.61 at our price setting.

A good match for

It suits a family trip where everyone and everything fits in one car. It suits a stretch of weeks between selling one car and buying the next.

Living with the A4

It is a straightforward car to drive, park and live with. The EPA measures its luggage space at 340 litres, roughly about two large suitcases and a few soft bags.

Getting one from us

Similar cars are listed below if you need one now. This exact car is not in our fleet at the moment; a request asks us to look for one. Ask for this exact car in your request, and we tell you what we can offer.

Requesting a car

To book, you request the car for your dates. There is no charge to send it and no obligation. A staff member reads the request and sends the offer. We reply within 2 hours. Only an approved, paid offer books the car.

A car's page shows the deposit and the kilometres included each day. Book one day, one week, or up to 365 days at once. With 2 hours of notice or more, a same-day pickup can work when the car is free.

What to have ready

An Ontario G2 or G licence and an age of 18 or more: that is where it starts. Each day of the rental carries a young driver fee if a driver is under 26. At the handover we check your licence and the card in your name.

For damage to the car itself, have your own policy (OPCF 27), a credit card with rental car coverage, or add the CarmaCars Protection Plan. There is a deposit for each rental, taken shortly before pickup rather than at booking. Everyone who will drive signs the agreement after the licence check.

When you know your dates

Ask for the car, read the offer, approve it if it suits you.
