A note on Roach

CarmaCars is based in Toronto, about 997 km from Roach, and does not deliver there. We rent from Toronto only. If your trip to Roach starts in the Toronto area, rent the car here.

Close by are Cork, Tweedside and Swans Shore, each with its own page.

In beige

If you want it in beige, say so in your request and we look for one for your dates. We cannot promise a colour until we confirm; ask for beige and we try. The studio image shows the A4 in beige; photos of each real car are on its page.

Engine and fuel

Under the hood: the 2.0L 4-cylinder turbo hybrid and all-wheel drive. As a hybrid, it does best in stop-and-go traffic, where the electric motor does more of the work. With all-wheel drive, it pulls away more surely on slippery roads, though it does not stop any shorter.

By the EPA's combined rating of 8.3 L/100 km, 300 km takes about 25 litres. A 300 km round trip costs roughly $38.61 at our price setting.

Room inside

Its car body is low and settled, with a separate trunk. The EPA measures its luggage space at 340 litres, roughly about two large suitcases and a few soft bags.

Good uses for the A4

It suits anyone who needs a car for a few days, a week or a month without buying one. It suits a work trip where a reliable car matters more than anything else.

How renting with us works

Every booking starts as a request: the car, the dates and where you want it. Nothing is charged to send one. We confirm and price it, and the offer arrives in your account and by email. If it suits you, approve it and pay. Until then, nothing is charged.

Open a car to see its photos, rates, deposit and kilometres included. Need it longer than 365 days? Renew with a new agreement when the booking ends. We need at least 2 hours of notice before a pickup.

Requirements

We need every driver to be at least 18, with an Ontario G2 or G licence. Under 26? You can rent, with a daily young driver fee shown on the car's page. Bring the card you paid with and your original licence to the handover.

Choose before pickup how damage to the car is handled: your policy with OPCF 27, your card's rental benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. Each car's deposit is listed on its page, so you know it before you ask. Extra drivers are welcome; each one is checked and signs the agreement.
