The 2021 Audi A4 Progressiv, explained

Windcrest and the A4

If you are starting from Toronto, rent the car here and drive it to Windcrest. Windcrest is about 2,317 km from Toronto, outside our delivery area.

If you are close to Windcrest, you may also be near Kirby, Converse and Live Oak.

Engine and fuel

It runs the 2.0L 4-cylinder turbo hybrid, with all-wheel drive. As a hybrid, it does best in stop-and-go traffic, where the electric motor does more of the work. With all-wheel drive, it pulls away more surely on slippery roads, though it does not stop any shorter.

The combined figure, 8.3 L/100 km, means roughly 25 litres for 300 km. Driving 300 km costs roughly $38.61 at our price setting.

Practical details

A car body like this keeps the weight low, so it feels settled on the highway. For luggage, 340 litres means about two large suitcases and a few soft bags.

A good match for

It suits anyone who needs a car for a few days, a week or a month without buying one. It suits a stretch of weeks between selling one car and buying the next.

Renting it

Similar cars are below if you need one sooner. Want a car for specific dates? Put them in the request and we check. None in our fleet right now; ask and we look for one for your dates.

Your request, our offer, your keys

You ask for the car you want for the dates you need. The request itself is free. A staff member reads the request and sends the offer. We reply within 2 hours. Payment happens only after you accept the offer.

Every car has its own daily, weekend, weekly and monthly rate. Trips of 7 days or more use the weekly rate, and shorter trips never cost more than it. Same-day requests are fine with at least 2 hours of notice, when the car is free.

What we check

We rent to drivers aged 18 and up who hold an Ontario G2 or G licence. If you are under 26, expect a young driver fee each day; there is no upper age limit. Bring the card in your name that paid for the booking.

Liability to others is in the rate. Damage to the car is handled by your policy (OPCF 27), your card's rental benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan, priced in your offer. Your deposit is held for the rental and released after the car comes back and is checked. Before confirming, we verify the licence and identity of each driver.

When you know your dates

Tell us your dates and where you want the car, and we will do the rest.
