In silver

Ask for silver in your request; the offer confirms the colour of the car. If silver matters for an event, say so and we look for one for your dates. A silver car can be requested, but never promised before we confirm.

Under the hood

Under the hood: the 2.0L 4-cylinder turbo hybrid and all-wheel drive. It is a hybrid: the battery charges itself as you drive and brake, so there is nothing to plug in. With all-wheel drive, it pulls away more surely on slippery roads, though it does not stop any shorter.

Fuel use is rated 8.3 L/100 km combined, so 300 km needs about 25 litres. At our price setting, driving 100 km costs about $12.87, and a 300 km weekend about $38.61.

How big it is

As a compact car, it has a closed trunk that keeps luggage out of sight. Its 340 litre trunk is enough for about two large suitcases and a few soft bags.

Best uses

It suits client visits, weddings and special weekends. It suits a stretch of weeks between selling one car and buying the next.

Renting it

We have none on the site right now. Send a request for this exact car and we look for one for your dates. Meanwhile, 6 similar cars are listed below. Put this car and your dates in a request, and we reply with an offer.

Getting the car booked

Start with a request. Choose the car, the pickup time and the return time, and send it without paying anything. Our reply is an offer that lists the rate, the kilometres included and any delivery fee. Offers stay open for 24 hours. Approve one and pay to book the car.

Every car has its own daily, weekend, weekly and monthly rate. Trips of 7 days or more use the weekly rate, and shorter trips never cost more than it. Pickups need at least 2 hours of notice from the time you send the request.

What we check

We need every driver to be at least 18, with an Ontario G2 or G licence. Young drivers are welcome: a daily fee applies under 26. The name on the card has to match the name on the licence.

Damage to the car is handled one of three ways: OPCF 27 on your policy, a credit card's rental car benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. The deposit is taken shortly before pickup, and the balance comes back after the return. Before confirming, we verify the licence and identity of each driver.
