The Q3 and Gresham

We have no location in Gresham; CarmaCars rents from Toronto, about 767 km away. We rent from Toronto only. If your trip to Gresham starts in the Toronto area, rent the car here.

Lyndhurst, Morgan and Red River are the neighbouring places on our list.

Under the hood

Power comes from the 2.0L 4-cylinder turbo, driving through an 8-speed automatic. It runs on regular gas. With all-wheel drive, it pulls away more surely on slippery roads, though it does not stop any shorter.

Rated at 9.3 L/100 km combined, it needs around 28 litres for a 300 km round trip. At our price setting, it costs about $14.42 to drive 100 km.

What to expect from the Q3

Being a compact SUV, it handles luggage, strollers and sports gear well. The EPA lists 481 litres for luggage, roughly a family's bags for a long weekend.

When the Q3 makes sense

It suits a weekend away when the train does not reach where you are going. It suits a stretch of weeks between selling one car and buying the next.

Renting it

Tell us your dates and we check this car or the closest match. None in our fleet right now; ask and we look for one for your dates. Meanwhile, 6 similar cars are listed below.

The booking steps

Pick your car, enter your dates and send the request. That is all you do at first, and it is free. Then we send an offer. The offer shows the price before 13% HST and the deposit. An offer is valid for 24 hours, and you pay only when you approve it.

Each car has its own page with its photos, its rates and its calendar. Need it longer than 365 days? Renew with a new agreement when the booking ends. Last-minute plans are fine with at least 2 hours of notice.

What to have ready

Every driver must be 18 or older with an Ontario G2 or G licence. The young driver fee covers drivers under 26; older drivers pay no age fee. Payment is by a card in your name, shown with your licence at pickup.

Before the keys change hands, one of three options must be in place for the car: OPCF 27, a card benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. A deposit is held before each rental; the amount is on the car's page. Name every driver in your request, and each is checked before pickup.

Ready when you are

Ready? Request the car. If you change your mind before approving the offer, nothing is charged.
