From request to keys

Pick the car and the dates that suit you, then send a request. There is no payment at that point. Our offer spells out the rate, the delivery fee if any, and the deposit. You pay only once you approve the offer.

A car's page shows the deposit and the kilometres included each day. A single booking can run up to 365 days. For longer, it renews month after month. Pickups need at least 2 hours of notice from the time you send the request.

Checking your details

You need to be 18 or older at pickup, with an Ontario G2 or G licence valid for the whole rental. If you are under 26, expect a young driver fee each day; there is no upper age limit. The card you pay with must be yours, and you bring it to the handover.

Liability to other people is included in every rate. For the car itself, pick your own policy (OPCF 27), a card with rental car benefits, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. There is a deposit for each rental, taken shortly before pickup rather than at booking. Each extra driver is checked the same way and signs the rental agreement.
