The booking steps

You begin by requesting a car for your dates; the request is free. We review it and reply with an offer that shows the whole price, delivery included when you asked for it. Approving the offer and paying it confirms the booking.

Every car lists its own deposit and the kilometres included each day. One booking runs up to 365 days, and a longer stay renews with a new agreement. Requests need at least 2 hours of notice before the pickup time.

Before pickup

Our minimum age is 18; an Ontario G2 or G licence is required. Each day of the rental carries a young driver fee if a driver is under 26. Bring a card in your name; a card in someone else's name cannot be used.

Damage to the car is handled one of three ways: OPCF 27 on your policy, a credit card's rental car benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. Each car shows its deposit, and we take it about 1 hour before pickup. Extra drivers are welcome; each one is checked and signs the agreement.
