The powertrain here is the 2.0L 4-cylinder turbo hybrid with all-wheel drive and a 7-speed automatic. It is a plug-in hybrid: it runs on electricity for a short distance, then on gas like a regular hybrid. With all-wheel drive, it pulls away more surely on slippery roads, though it does not stop any shorter.

Driver basics

Ontario G2 or G licences are accepted, for drivers 18 and older. If any driver is under 26, a young driver fee is added for each day. The name on the card has to match the name on the licence.

Third-party liability is in the rate; for the car, bring OPCF 27, use your card's benefit, or add the CarmaCars Protection Plan. The deposit is released after the return, once the car is checked. Each extra driver is checked the same way and signs the rental agreement.
