Driver basics

Our minimum age is 18; an Ontario G2 or G licence is required. We accept young drivers; those under 26 pay a daily fee. Your original licence, not a photo, comes with you to the handover.

Before pickup, choose how damage to the car is handled: your auto policy (OPCF 27), your credit card's rental benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. Your deposit is held about 1 hour ahead of pickup and released after the return. Each renter is checked the same way, before the booking is confirmed.
