Renting: the basics

An Ontario G2 or G licence and an age of 18 or more are the starting point. Drivers below 26 pay a fee each day of the rental, and older drivers pay none. You show your original licence and your card when we hand you the keys.

Damage to the car is handled one of three ways: OPCF 27 on your policy, a credit card's rental car benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. Each car shows its deposit, and we take it about 1 hour before pickup. Before confirming, we verify the licence and identity of each driver.

How booking works
