Getting the car booked

Every booking starts as a request: the car, the dates and where you want it. Nothing is charged to send one. We confirm and price it, and the offer arrives in your account and by email. You pay only once you approve the offer.

Who can rent

The minimum age is 18, and the licence must be an Ontario G2 or G, valid for the whole trip. A daily young driver fee applies to drivers under 26, with no maximum age. Payment is by a card in your name, shown with your licence at pickup.

For damage to the car itself, have your own policy (OPCF 27), a credit card with rental car coverage, or add the CarmaCars Protection Plan. The deposit is never taken when you book; it comes about 1 hour before pickup. Extra drivers are welcome; each one is checked and signs the agreement.
