You need an Ontario G2 or G licence, valid for the whole rental, and to be 18 or older. A young driver fee applies each day for drivers under 26. A credit card in your name is needed, except on cars marked "no credit card needed", which take debit.

For damage to the car itself, have your own policy (OPCF 27), a credit card with rental car coverage, or add the CarmaCars Protection Plan. Each car's deposit is listed on its page, so you know it before you ask. Additional drivers can be added; each one meets the same rules and signs the agreement.

Booking, step by step

Every car lists its own deposit and the kilometres included each day. The monthly rate covers a booking of up to 365 days. A request can be for today, as long as the pickup is at least 2 hours away.
