Who can rent

Every driver must be 18 or older with an Ontario G2 or G licence. From 26, no age fee applies; below it, a daily young driver fee does. A card in the driver's own name is required at the handover.

Three options cover damage to the car: OPCF 27 on your auto policy, a credit card with rental car benefits, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. We hold the deposit shortly before pickup and release it after the return. Licence and identity checks happen before the booking is confirmed.

Booking in plain terms

First you send a request with the car and the times. No card is charged for it. A staff member reads the request and sends the offer. We reply within 2 hours. Approving the offer and paying it confirms the booking.

Rates are set car by car and shown on each car's page. Weekly pricing starts at 7 days, and a trip never costs more than that rate for a week. Pickups need at least 2 hours of notice from the time you send the request.
