The Buick Encore at a glance
The Buick Encore appears in our catalog from 2013 on. By the figures, the 2021 is the most efficient year listed.
How big it is
As a compact SUV, it sits higher than a sedan, which makes getting in and loading easier. Fold the rear seats when you need more room; how they fold differs by model.
Who the Encore suits
It suits a weekend away when the train does not reach where you are going. It suits a work trip where a reliable car matters more than anything else. It suits someone whose own car is in the shop for a while.
Renting it
There is no exact match in our fleet today. Request it and we search for one, or take a similar car. Your request can name this exact car; the offer confirms what we can give you. Similar cars are listed below if you need one now. The handover is in person, at your address or at our location.
Renting: the basics
The minimum age is 18, and the licence must be an Ontario G2 or G, valid for the whole trip. Drivers under 26 can rent with a young driver fee each day. The payment card and the licence must match the driver's name.
If you have no auto policy and no card benefit, the CarmaCars Protection Plan is the third option, priced in your offer. The deposit is separate from the rental price and is returned after the rental. We verify licences and identity for every renter, with no exceptions.
Your booking, in three steps
You begin by requesting a car for your dates; the request is free. We send the offer to your account and your email, with the total shown. An offer is valid for 24 hours, and you pay only when you approve it.
The calendar on each car's page helps you pick dates that work. Longer trips cost less a day: the weekly rate starts at 7 days. Same-day requests are fine with at least 2 hours of notice, when the car is free.

Can I rent a Buick Encore in Toronto?
Not from our fleet right now. Send a request for this exact car and we look for one for your dates. Meanwhile 6 similar cars are available below.
How much does fuel cost to drive the Buick Encore 100 km?
About $12.09 for fuel, from the EPA combined rating of 7.8 L/100 km for the 2026 at $1.55 a litre. You return the car with the same fuel it had at pickup.
How old do I need to be to rent?
18 or older at pickup, with an Ontario G2 or G licence valid for the whole rental. Drivers aged 18 to 20 pay a young driver fee of $35 a day, and 21 to 25 pay $20 a day.
How much is the deposit?
Between $500 and $5,000, depending on the car. It is taken about 1 hour before pickup, never when you book, and the balance is released within 7 business days after you return the car.
What coverage do I need?
Third-party liability is included in the rate. For damage to the car itself, have your own policy (OPCF 27), a credit card with rental car coverage, or add the CarmaCars Protection Plan, priced in your offer by car and driver age. At $2,500 or more we claim on our fleet policy and you pay the $2,500 deductible.
Can the car be delivered?
Yes, anywhere, including Toronto Pearson International Airport and Billy Bishop Toronto City Airport. Delivery starts at $75 plus the distance from our location, priced in your offer. Collecting the car yourself is free.
