Liability to other people is included in every rate. For the car itself, pick your own policy (OPCF 27), a card with rental car benefits, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. The deposit is taken shortly before pickup, and the balance comes back after the return. Every driver's licence and identity are checked before we confirm.
From request to keys
A booking with us starts as a request that you send without paying. If the car is free, you get an offer with the full price; if not, we suggest another car. You decide: approve and pay, or let it go. No charge either way until you approve.
The photos on a car's page are of that car. A booking can be a single day or up to 365 days. At least 2 hours must separate the request from the pickup.
