About the colour

If you want it in black, say so in your request and we look for one for your dates. Our black cars of this kind are listed first, when we have one. Tell us if black is a must or a preference, and we look accordingly.

The figures, translated

Its 3.0L 6-cylinder turbo drives through a 10-speed automatic. It runs on diesel, sold at most highway stations. Rear-wheel drive gives balanced handling; in winter, the tires make the biggest difference.

Its combined rating is 8.8 L/100 km, which means roughly 26 litres for 300 km. That works out to about $13.64 per 100 km at our price setting.

Space, size and seats

As a pickup truck, it has an open bed for things that would never fit in a trunk.

Good uses for the Silverado

It suits a stretch between cars, by the week or the month. It suits anyone who needs a car for a few days, a week or a month without buying one.

Our Silverado cars

Ask for this exact car in your request, and we tell you what we can offer. This exact car is not in our fleet at the moment; a request asks us to look for one. Similar cars are below if you need one sooner.

What to bring

Our minimum age is 18; an Ontario G2 or G licence is required. There is no maximum age. Drivers under 26 pay a young driver fee each day. The card must be in the driver's name, and we check it with the licence in person.

If your own policy has OPCF 27 or your card covers rental cars, use that; otherwise add the CarmaCars Protection Plan. Deposits are listed car by car, so you can compare before you ask. The checks are the same for everyone: licence, identity and the agreement.

Getting the car booked

A booking with us starts as a request that you send without paying. You get an offer that says exactly what the rental costs before tax. If you approve, you pay and the car is yours for those dates.

You can see every car's calendar and rates before you send anything. A rental of 7 days or longer is priced at the weekly rate. With 2 hours of notice or more, a same-day pickup can work when the car is free.
