What to expect when you book
The first step is a free request: which car, which dates, and how you want to get it. We answer with a written offer: the car, the dates, the price and the deposit. You have 24 hours to approve an offer, and payment comes with your approval.
The car pages show each car's rates, deposit and kilometres included. Short trips and long stays use the same request; the rate follows the length. With 2 hours of notice or more, a same-day pickup can work when the car is free.
Before you rent
Drivers from 18 up, with an Ontario G2 or G licence, are welcome. Drivers under 26 can rent with a young driver fee each day. A credit card in your name is needed, except on cars marked "no credit card needed", which take debit.
Before the keys change hands, one of three options must be in place for the car: OPCF 27, a card benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. The deposit comes about 1 hour before you get the car, not at booking. Everyone who will drive signs the agreement after the licence check.

How old do I need to be to rent?

For damage to the car itself, have your own policy (OPCF 27), a credit card with rental car coverage, or add the CarmaCars Protection Plan, priced in your offer by car and driver age. At $2,500 or more we claim on our fleet policy and you pay the $2,500 deductible.
Can the car be delivered?
Yes, anywhere, including Toronto Pearson International Airport and Billy Bishop Toronto City Airport. Delivery starts at $75 plus the distance from our location, priced in your offer. Collecting the car yourself is free.
