Third-party liability is part of every rate, and damage to the car is handled by OPCF 27, a card benefit or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. The deposit is taken shortly before pickup, and the balance comes back after the return. Extra drivers are welcome; each one is checked and signs the agreement.
