The deposit is taken about 1 hour before pickup, never when you book. We check your licence and identity before we confirm, the same way for every renter.

Prices on each car's page are before tax, and the offer adds the tax. From 7 days, the weekly rate applies; up to 365 days, a trip never costs more than the monthly rate. With 2 hours of notice or more, a same-day pickup can work when the car is free.
