You need an Ontario G2 or G licence, valid for the whole rental, and to be 18 or older. Young drivers, under 26, can rent too, with a fee for each day. A credit card in your name is needed, except on cars marked "no credit card needed", which take debit.
Damage to the car is handled one of three ways: OPCF 27 on your policy, a credit card's rental car benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. Deposits are listed car by car, so you can compare before you ask. Extra drivers are welcome; each one is checked and signs the agreement.
How booking works
Choose a car, set the pickup and return times, and send the request. You pay nothing to ask. Our offer spells out the rate, the delivery fee if any, and the deposit. If the offer works for you, approve and pay to confirm. If not, you owe nothing.
Rates are set car by car and shown on each car's page. Rent for a day, a week or up to 365 days in one booking. With 2 hours of notice or more, a same-day pickup can work when the car is free.
