Rules for renters

The minimum age is 18, and the licence must be an Ontario G2 or G, valid for the whole trip. Drivers below 26 pay a fee each day of the rental, and older drivers pay none. The card you pay with must be yours, and you bring it to the handover.

Every rate includes third-party liability. The car itself needs one of three options: OPCF 27, a card benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. There is a deposit for each rental, taken shortly before pickup rather than at booking. We verify licences and identity for every renter, with no exceptions.
