The steps

Every booking starts as a request: the car, the dates and where you want it. Nothing is charged to send one. Our offer spells out the rate, the delivery fee if any, and the deposit. An offer is valid for 24 hours, and you pay only when you approve it.

Rates are set car by car and shown on each car's page. Bookings run from one day up to 365 days at a time. The minimum notice is 2 hours, so an afternoon pickup can be requested in the morning.

Before you rent

At pickup you must be 18 or older and carry your original G2 or G licence. There is no maximum age. Drivers under 26 pay a young driver fee each day. At pickup, have your original licence and the payment card ready.

If you have no auto policy and no card benefit, the CarmaCars Protection Plan is the third option, priced in your offer. Each car shows its deposit, and we take it about 1 hour before pickup. Licence and identity checks happen before the booking is confirmed.
