What we ask of drivers

You need to be 18 or older at pickup, with an Ontario G2 or G licence valid for the whole rental. From 26, no age fee applies; below it, a daily young driver fee does. Payment is by a card in your name, shown with your licence at pickup.

Three options cover damage to the car: OPCF 27 on your auto policy, a credit card with rental car benefits, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. There is a deposit for each rental, taken shortly before pickup rather than at booking. Each renter is checked the same way, before the booking is confirmed.

Booking in plain terms

You ask for the car you want for the dates you need. The request itself is free. You then get an offer from us with the car, the dates and the total before tax. Approving the offer and paying it confirms the booking.

You can check any car's calendar before you send a request. Short trips and long stays use the same request; the rate follows the length. A pickup can be as soon as 2 hours after your request, when the car is free.
