The GMC Envoy at a glance
Each GMC Envoy year links to its trims and figures. By the figures, the 2009 is the most efficient year listed.
Is it right for your trip?
It suits a stretch between cars, by the week or the month. It suits a family trip where everyone and everything fits in one car. It suits anyone who needs a car for a few days, a week or a month without buying one.
Space, size and seats
Its SUV body gives a high seating position and an easy load height. The tall tailgate opening makes loading boxes and strollers easier.
Can you rent one?
A request for your dates gets you an offer from a person. This exact car is not in our fleet at the moment; a request asks us to look for one. Similar cars are listed below if you need one now. We bring the car to your address in the Toronto area, or you collect it for free.
Booking made plain
Send the request with your dates first; no money changes hands at that stage. A person replies with an offer priced for your dates, not an estimate. If it suits you, approve it and pay. Until then, nothing is charged.
Every car has its own daily, weekend, weekly and monthly rate. Short trips and long stays use the same request; the rate follows the length. With 2 hours of notice or more, a same-day pickup can work when the car is free.
Before pickup
If you are 18 or over and hold an Ontario G2 or G licence, you can rent. Under 26? You can rent, with a daily young driver fee shown on the car's page. The card must be in the driver's name, and we check it with the licence in person.
Before the keys change hands, one of three options must be in place for the car: OPCF 27, a card benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. Your deposit is held for the rental and released after the car comes back and is checked. Every renter goes through the same check of licence and identity before the car is confirmed.
When you know your dates
The quickest way to a price is a request with your dates. It costs nothing.

How much does fuel cost to drive the GMC Envoy 100 km?
About $21.39 for fuel, from the EPA combined rating of 13.8 L/100 km for the 2009 at $1.55 a litre. You return the car with the same fuel it had at pickup.
How old do I need to be to rent?
18 or older at pickup, with an Ontario G2 or G licence valid for the whole rental. Drivers aged 18 to 20 pay a young driver fee of $35 a day, and 21 to 25 pay $20 a day.
How much is the deposit?

What coverage do I need?
Third-party liability is included in the rate. For damage to the car itself, have your own policy (OPCF 27), a credit card with rental car coverage, or add the CarmaCars Protection Plan, priced in your offer by car and driver age. At $2,500 or more we claim on our fleet policy and you pay the $2,500 deductible.
Can the car be delivered?
Yes, anywhere, including Toronto Pearson International Airport and Billy Bishop Toronto City Airport. Delivery starts at $75 plus the distance from our location, priced in your offer. Collecting the car yourself is free.
