Colour notes

In brown, the Civic looks like the studio image; real photos are on each car's page. If brown matters for an event, say so and we look for one for your dates. Want brown? Put it in the request.

Under the hood

It runs the 1.5L 4-cylinder turbo, with front-wheel drive. The turbo gives a small engine the pull of a bigger one when you need it. Front-wheel drive is the usual layout for cars this size, predictable in the rain and the snow.

It is rated 6.9 L/100 km combined: about 21 litres every 300 km. At our price setting, driving 100 km costs about $10.70, and a 300 km weekend about $32.10.

What the Civic is like

A car body like this keeps the weight low, so it feels settled on the highway. With 736 litres of luggage space by the EPA's measure, it takes bulky luggage, a stroller or sports gear.

When the Civic makes sense

It suits anyone who needs a car for a few days, a week or a month without buying one. It suits visitors who want a familiar car for a week in town.

Rent it from us

Your request can name this exact car; the offer confirms what we can give you. There is no exact match in our fleet today. Request it and we search for one, or take a similar car. Meanwhile, 8 similar cars are listed below.

Booking made plain

To book, you request the car for your dates. There is no charge to send it and no obligation. We answer with a written offer: the car, the dates, the price and the deposit. You decide: approve and pay, or let it go. No charge either way until you approve.

The rates you see on a car's page are the rates in your offer. Book one day, one week, or up to 365 days at once. We need at least 2 hours of notice before a pickup.

What we need from you

Our minimum age is 18; an Ontario G2 or G licence is required. The daily young driver fee is shown on each car's page, for drivers under 26. The card you pay with must be yours, and you bring it to the handover.

Before pickup, choose how damage to the car is handled: your auto policy (OPCF 27), your credit card's rental benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. The deposit is taken about 1 hour before pickup, never when you book. A quick licence and identity check happens before we confirm any booking.
