How booking works

First you send a request with the car and the times. No card is charged for it. Then we send an offer. The offer shows the price before 13% HST and the deposit. You pay when you approve, and only then.

Each car shows its own extra kilometre rate, so nothing surprises you later. Need it longer than 365 days? Renew with a new agreement when the booking ends. The shortest notice we accept before a pickup is 2 hours.

Who can rent

Renters must be at least 18 and hold an Ontario G2 or G licence. From 26, no age fee applies; below it, a daily young driver fee does. The payment card and the licence must match the driver's name.

Liability to other people is included in every rate. For the car itself, pick your own policy (OPCF 27), a card with rental car benefits, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. Your deposit is held for the rental and released after the car comes back and is checked. We check every driver; it takes a few minutes and protects everyone.
