Before pickup

Ontario G2 or G licences are accepted, for drivers 18 and older. Young drivers, under 26, can rent too, with a fee for each day. The card must be in the driver's name, and we check it with the licence in person.

Before the keys change hands, one of three options must be in place for the car: OPCF 27, a card benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. Your deposit is held for the rental and released after the car comes back and is checked. Every driver's licence and identity are checked before we confirm.

Getting the car booked

First you send a request with the car and the times. No card is charged for it. The offer we send lists the car we confirm and the full price. Offers stay open for 24 hours. Approve one and pay to book the car.

Each listing shows the daily, weekly and monthly rate of that car. Trips of 7 days or more use the weekly rate, and shorter trips never cost more than it. Give us 2 hours or more before the pickup and we can usually make it work.
