The rules, briefly

Renters must be at least 18 and hold an Ontario G2 or G licence. Young drivers are welcome: a daily fee applies under 26. A credit card in your name is needed, except on cars marked "no credit card needed", which take debit.

Liability to other people is included in every rate. For the car itself, pick your own policy (OPCF 27), a card with rental car benefits, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. The deposit amount depends on the car and is shown on its page. Every driver's licence and identity are checked before we confirm.

How it works

A request is free and takes a few minutes: the car, your dates, and pickup or delivery. We look at the request and send back an offer with the price for your exact dates. You pay when you approve, and only then.

The rates you see on a car's page are the rates in your offer. For longer stays, each booking of up to 365 days renews with a new agreement. The minimum notice is 2 hours, so an afternoon pickup can be requested in the morning.
