The 2021 Jeep Cherokee Altitude in short

In the 2021 lineup, the Altitude sits between the entry trim and the top one: number 3 of 6. This page is about one trim: the 2021 Jeep Cherokee Altitude.

Farmbrook and the Cherokee

Farmbrook is about 544 km from Toronto, outside our delivery area. We rent from Toronto only. If your trip to Farmbrook starts in the Toronto area, rent the car here.

The pages for Dogwood Hollow, Greenbrook and Oaktree Hollow cover the areas next door.

In red

A red car can be requested, but never promised before we confirm. Want red? Put it in the request. We cannot promise a colour until we confirm; ask for red and we try.

Specs, explained

Power comes from the 2.0L 4-cylinder turbo, driving through a 9-speed automatic. The turbo gives a small engine the pull of a bigger one when you need it. Front-wheel drive is the usual layout for cars this size, predictable in the rain and the snow.

For 300 km of mixed driving, expect about 27 litres, from its 9.1 L/100 km rating. The fuel for 100 km comes to about $14.11 at our price setting.

Who the Cherokee suits

It suits a family trip where everyone and everything fits in one car. Families, skiers and anyone with bulky luggage.

What to expect from the Cherokee

Its SUV body gives a high seating position and an easy load height.

Renting this car

Your request can name this exact car; the offer confirms what we can give you. None in our fleet right now; ask and we look for one for your dates. Similar cars are below if you need one sooner.

How to book

A request is free and takes a few minutes: the car, your dates, and pickup or delivery. A person replies with an offer priced for your dates, not an estimate. You pay when you approve, and only then.

The calendar on each car's page helps you pick dates that work. Book one day, one week, or up to 365 days at once. The minimum notice is 2 hours, so an afternoon pickup can be requested in the morning.

Before you rent

Drivers need to be 18 or over, holding an Ontario G2 or G licence for the whole rental. Drivers under 26 can rent with a young driver fee each day. The payment card and the licence must match the driver's name.

Before the keys change hands, one of three options must be in place for the car: OPCF 27, a card benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. The deposit is taken shortly before pickup, and the balance comes back after the return. We check your licence and identity before we confirm, the same way for every renter.
