Choosing a colour

If silver matters for an event, say so and we look for one for your dates. Want silver? Put it in the request. Our silver cars, when we have them, appear first in the list.

The figures, translated

Its 2.0L 4-cylinder turbo drives through a 9-speed automatic. The turbo gives a small engine the pull of a bigger one when you need it. Front-wheel drive is the usual layout for cars this size, predictable in the rain and the snow.

It is rated 9.1 L/100 km combined: about 27 litres every 300 km. At our price setting, 1,000 km costs about $141.10.

What to expect from the Cherokee

Being a compact SUV, it handles luggage, strollers and sports gear well.

Who rents the Cherokee

It suits a stretch between cars, by the week or the month. It suits visitors who want a familiar car for a week in town.

Can you rent one?

Want a car for specific dates? Put them in the request and we check. Similar cars are listed below if you need one now. We have none on the site right now. Send a request for this exact car and we look for one for your dates.

Your booking, in three steps

All you send at first is a request with the car and the dates, and it is free. Back comes an offer you can read at your own pace, with every charge on it. If you approve, you pay and the car is yours for those dates.

You can see every car's calendar and rates before you send anything. Bookings run from one day up to 365 days at a time. With 2 hours of notice or more, a same-day pickup can work when the car is free.

What we ask of drivers

You must be 18 or older and hold a valid Ontario G2 or G licence. If any driver is under 26, a young driver fee is added for each day. The card must be in the driver's name, and we check it with the licence in person.

Liability to other people is included in every rate. For the car itself, pick your own policy (OPCF 27), a card with rental car benefits, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. The deposit is separate from the rental price and is returned after the rental. Additional drivers can be added; each one meets the same rules and signs the agreement.

Next step

Pick the car that fits the trip and send a request.
