The Lexus ES in plain words
This page covers every Lexus ES year we have figures for, from 1990 to 2027. The 2026 is the pick if you want the lowest fuel use.
How big it is
As a mid-size car, it is easy to drive and park in the city. Check the car's page for its seats and luggage notes before you request it.
Who rents the ES
It suits someone whose own car is in the shop for a while. It suits a family trip where everyone and everything fits in one car. It suits a stretch of weeks between selling one car and buying the next.
Renting this car
Want a car for specific dates? Put them in the request and we check. This exact car is not in our fleet at the moment; a request asks us to look for one. Meanwhile, 6 similar cars are listed below. Pick it up from us for free, or have it brought to you.
Booking, step by step
A short online request with the car and your times gets things moving, at no cost. Someone on our team confirms the car is free for those dates and sends you an offer with every charge listed. Pay when you approve, not a minute before.
Each car shows its own extra kilometre rate, so nothing surprises you later. Book by the week from 7 days, or by the month up to 365 days. The shortest notice we accept before a pickup is 2 hours.
What you need to rent
If you are 18 or over and hold an Ontario G2 or G licence, you can rent. No maximum age, and a daily fee only for drivers under 26. The card must be in the driver's name, and we check it with the licence in person.
Liability to other people is included in every rate. For the car itself, pick your own policy (OPCF 27), a card with rental car benefits, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. Expect a deposit before every rental; its amount is set by the car. We confirm each driver's licence and identity the same way.
Send a request
Request a car, read the offer, and decide. That is the whole process.

Renting a Lexus ES
Can I rent a Lexus ES in Toronto?
Not from our fleet right now. Send a request for this exact car and we look for one for your dates. Meanwhile 6 similar cars are available below.
How much does fuel cost to drive the Lexus ES 100 km?
About $2.52 for electricity, from the EPA combined rating of 16.8 kWh/100 km for the 2026 at 15 cents a kWh. You return the car with the same charge it had at pickup.
How old do I need to be to rent?
18 or older at pickup, with an Ontario G2 or G licence valid for the whole rental. Drivers aged 18 to 20 pay a young driver fee of $35 a day, and 21 to 25 pay $20 a day.
How much is the deposit?
Between $500 and $5,000, depending on the car. It is taken about 1 hour before pickup, never when you book, and the balance is released within 7 business days after you return the car.
What coverage do I need?
Third-party liability is included in the rate. For damage to the car itself, have your own policy (OPCF 27), a credit card with rental car coverage, or add the CarmaCars Protection Plan, priced in your offer by car and driver age. At $2,500 or more we claim on our fleet policy and you pay the $2,500 deductible.
Can the car be delivered?
Yes, anywhere, including Toronto Pearson International Airport and Billy Bishop Toronto City Airport. Delivery starts at $75 plus the distance from our location, priced in your offer. Collecting the car yourself is free.
