What to know about the Mazda 6
The Mazda 6 is a mid-size car, with pages for each model year. By the figures, the 2016 is the most efficient year listed.
Is it right for your trip?
It suits commuters, couples and business trips. It suits a weekend away when the train does not reach where you are going. It suits a stretch of weeks between selling one car and buying the next.
Space, size and seats
It is a straightforward car to drive, park and live with. The trunk is closed off from the cabin, which keeps luggage out of sight and the cabin quieter.
Getting one from us
None in our fleet right now; ask and we look for one for your dates. Similar cars are listed below if you need one now. Tell us your dates and we check this car or the closest match. We deliver around Toronto; pickup at our location is free.
Before pickup
Ontario G2 or G licence holders aged 18 and up can request a car. From 26, no age fee applies; below it, a daily young driver fee does. A card in the driver's own name is required at the handover.
Third-party liability is in the rate; for the car, bring OPCF 27, use your card's benefit, or add the CarmaCars Protection Plan. Each car shows its deposit, and we take it about 1 hour before pickup. Every driver's licence and identity are checked before we confirm.
Requesting a car
Start with a request. Choose the car, the pickup time and the return time, and send it without paying anything. We review it and reply with an offer that shows the whole price, delivery included when you asked for it. The booking is confirmed when you approve the offer and pay it.
Every car has its own daily, weekend, weekly and monthly rate. The monthly rate covers a booking of up to 365 days. Give us 2 hours or more before the pickup and we can usually make it work.

About $12.40 for fuel, from the EPA combined rating of 8.0 L/100 km for the 2021 at $1.55 a litre. You return the car with the same fuel it had at pickup.
How old do I need to be to rent?
18 or older at pickup, with an Ontario G2 or G licence valid for the whole rental. Drivers aged 18 to 20 pay a young driver fee of $35 a day, and 21 to 25 pay $20 a day.
