The booking steps

Booking starts online: pick the car, set the times, and send the request at no cost. We check the calendar and your details, then send you an offer with the total. The booking is confirmed when you approve the offer and pay it.

Each listing shows the daily, weekly and monthly rate of that car. A single booking can run up to 365 days. For longer, it renews month after month. Last-minute plans are fine with at least 2 hours of notice.

What to bring

The minimum age is 18, and the licence must be an Ontario G2 or G, valid for the whole trip. A daily young driver fee applies to drivers under 26, with no maximum age. Bring the card you paid with and your original licence to the handover.

Damage to the car is handled one of three ways: OPCF 27 on your policy, a credit card's rental car benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. There is a deposit for each rental, taken shortly before pickup rather than at booking. Every driver's licence and identity are checked before we confirm.
